- Shipping Rates

 For shipping to France, please visit cinereplicas.fr for tailored rates
For shipping to EU, please visit cinereplicas.eu for tailored rates
For all other countries, please visit cinereplicas.com for tailored rates. 

 Shipping will be calculated at checkout with Standard and Express Delivery Methods.

- Remote Areas

Some delivery addresses can be in "remote areas". We cannot know in advance if your destination address is in a remote area or not. A surcharge may be applicable for deliveries to remote areas difficult to reach, and we cannot guarantee any delivery times.

- Stock availability  

Orders for international destination might be shipped from a different warehouse. Most of our products are available worldwide but some items might be available only for shipping in Europe. 

If your order is impacted, you will be notified by email.

- Additional delays

Additional delays are to be expected:

• if you chose non-guaranteed standard delivery service
• during peak period and carrier overload
• force majeur: Cinereplicas cannot be responsible if the deadlines are not met in the event of strikes from the shipping services, bad weather, terrorist attacks, natural disaster, floods, fire

- Usual Lead Time

We usually ship your parcel in 24h to 48h during business days.

- Order Editing

If you need to edit your order after it has been confirmed, please email support@cinereplicas.com immediately. Our team will do their best to help but if your order has already been processed, no changes can be made.
