  • Before you start a return request, please read the following conditions and that the return conditions are fulfilled.
  • Please do not send back any items before your request is accepted.

Return policies

What items are returnable?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your package (excluding shipping time)
  • In original condition
  • In the original packaging with all hang-tags attached
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • If you return an item without an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number) or without meeting the above conditions, we will not honor the exchange/ refund.
  • Please note that free gifts or promotional items are not refundable

    Non-Delivery Issues

    Claims for non-delivery are accepted 30 days after dispatch day. Any claims for non-delivery will not be accepted within 30 days after dispatch day. Please click here for shipping time. If you have any questions concerning your delivery, please contact us here.

    Return processing time

    Returns will be handled as soon as possible upon their arrival at our warehouse, this may take up to 10 business days.

    Exchange procedures

    • Send an email to support@cinereplicas.com specifying:
      • Your order number
      • The product, size/ color you wish to exchange
      • The reason for which you wish to exchange
    • Please wait patiently for our reply 
    • If your exchange is approved, you will receive an approval email with a RMA# and return address.
    • Please include your RMA# (printed or written on a blank paper) and send it along with your items. A return package without any valid RMA# will not be exchanged.
    • We highly recommend you to send your package with a tracking number, or even better to send it as registered mail. Simple letter sent without tracking is at the customer’s own risk.
    • Send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt of your package.
    • We will send you the exchange items upon receipt of your package. Please note that it might take up to 10 business days for us to process.

    Refund procedures

    • Send an email to support@cinereplicas.com specifying:
      • Your order number
      • The product(s) you wish to return
      • The reason(s) for which you wish to return
      • Attach photo(s) if necessary
    • Please wait patiently for our reply 
    • Wait until your return request is approved before you send back your items
    • If your return is approved, you will receive an approval email with a RMA# and return address.
    • Once your request is accepted, you will receive an approval email with a RMA# and shipping guidelines.
    • Please include your RMA# (printed or written on a blank paper) and send it along with your items. A return package without any valid RMA# will not be refunded.
    • We highly recommend you to send your package with a tracking number, or even better to send it as registered mail. Simple letter sent without tracking is at the customer’s own risk.
    • Send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt of your package.
    • Once we have inspected the return items, your refund will be proceeded. Your refund will be credited to your card of purchase. Please note that it might take up to 10 business days depending on the processing time among banks.
